Magnus Sävenhed

Magnus Sävenhed is managing director and site lead for Novavax AB. Magnus has 25 years’ experience of the pharmaceutical industry including clinical and commercial products. In his career, Magnus has worked with process engineering, process development, validation, technology transfer and startup of facilities. Magnus joined the company in 2005 as VP Production & Supply. In 2018, Magnus transitioned into Managing Director. Prior to working at Novavax AB, Magnus worked at harmacia & Upjohn and at two technical consultant firms (SWECO and ÅF). Magnus received a Master of Science degree in Engineering Biology from Linköping University.
