Otti Bengtsson Gref

Otti Bengtsson Gref is senior director of research and product development. Otti holds the operational and strategic responsibility for the departments Product Design and Function, Analytical Development, Biological Assay development, and Stability. The main responsibilities for the department are early phase studies, product- and method development, IP strategies, Design Responsibility incl. SME, and product support.

Otti has been within the company since March 2022 and brings with her more than 20 years of leadership experience in Research and Development (R&D), Quality Management, and Product Management in global Life Science Companies. Otti has a scientific background with MSc and Med. Lic in Immunology from Uppsala University, and an Executive MBA.
